INTERVIEWS
If your application is shortlisted, here’s what to expect:
- Phone Chat – A quick discussion with our recruitment team to go over your experience and suitability for the role.
- Interview – A discussion with our hiring managers about your skills, experience, and what you can bring to the team. It also gives you a chance for you to learn more about the role.
- Reference Checks – We’d like them to confirm you’re the right fit for the team.
- Pre-Employment Medical & Fitness for Work Screening – All candidates need to complete a medical assessment to ensure they meet the physical requirements of the role. This may include drug and alcohol testing, functional assessments, and other job-specific checks.
- Final Checks – We’ll follow up with you and complete any final paperwork before moving forward.
YOUR GREATLAND ADVENTURE BEGINS
If you’ve been successful, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer to review and accept. Once that’s done, our team will get everything organised to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Here’s what to expect:
- Inductions – You’ll complete any required safety and role-specific inductions before starting.
- PPE – If your role requires it, we’ll arrange your personal protective equipment so you’re site-ready.
- IT & Equipment – We’ll make sure your IT setup is ready to go.
- Travel Arrangements – If you’re heading to one of our sites, we’ll take care of flights and logistics.
