About Telfer Operations

Located in the East Pilbara, Telfer is one of Australia’s most significant gold-copper mines, with both open-pit and underground operations, and the country’s third-largest processing facility. Since 1975, Telfer has produced over 15 million ounces of gold.

Our FIFO site offers a strong community environment and excellent recreational facilities, including a newly refurbished gym, pool, driving range, movie room, and both wet and dry mess options.

Just 45km from Telfer lies Havieron, a long-life project set to process ore using Telfer’s established infrastructure. Together, they form the cornerstone of our future.
